Work Experience:
- Minimum 4 - 5 years of Account Management/ Business Development experience within Tetra Pak or externally minimum 5 years of Account Management/Business Development experience in B2B Sales & Marketing.
- Experience in FMCG / FMCG Allied industries like - Flavours, Fragrances, Food Ingredients, Packaging will be preferred
- Key account management experience in B2B or FMCG will be a plus
- Successful track record of growing a customer's business by creating win-win solutions for customer and the organization by harnessing opportunities in the market and within the customer's business portfolio
Mobility:
- Job will entail travel within & outside India
- Candidate should be open to relocate within India/Abroad in future based on company requirements.
Deliver business growth:
- Relationship management focused on establishing a strong business partnership across all levels/ functions of the customer organisation with clear alignment on goals
- Seamless delivery of value to customer on the operating annual business plans
- Create a Long-term (3-year) business plan with growth initiatives through effective portfolio deployment and identifying new product/ channel/ geography expansion opportunities
Cross Functional Collaboration:
- Work jointly with other internal stakeholders in Marketing, Technical services, Finance, Processing to grow integrated business
- Market Intelligence: Providing inputs to Sales and Marketing through market/ customer and consumer insights
- Target driven: strong focus on target achievement with a clear goal to create customer growth
- Negotiation skills: agility to structure and use a variety of styles to persuade and negotiate successfully
- Value based sales approach with sound techno-commercial acumen
- Strong communication and presentation skills with MS office proficiency and very good command on English language
- Good networking skills and experience of dealing with C-Level executives across functions
- Knowledge of FMCG and Packaging industry & trends with exposure to / knowledge of Retail sector and Consumer product selling
- Understanding of basic financial concept and evaluation of risk
- Excellent business judgment and strong analytical and problem solving skills to identify issues and present creative, practical solutions
- Basic understanding of marketing concepts and tools
- Skilled in collaboration across boundaries and broadly, ability to bring differing ideas into the forefront
- Should be able to work in a process driven environment and willingness to adhere to it
- Strong leadership skills and the capability to lead a cross-functional team through informal authority
- Good interpersonal skills and a team player
- Be comfortable in working in a flat & matrixed organization
- Should possess a collaborative mindset to be able to work & garner support from a cross functional & cross border teams
- Should be confident in his demeanor and possess the necessary humility to promote an atmosphere of collaboration
- Capacity to deal with conflicting priorities
- Discipline to deliver high quality work on schedule
