Position : Key/ Strategic Account Manager
Role Brief :
- You will map your accounts, identify and develop relationships with the stakeholders and manage existing business and generate new ones while maintaining a relationship with the stakeholders.
- Define and develop account strategy and analyze other key metrics for the account.
What You will do :
- Mapping of Accounts: existing and new accounts
- Define Account strategy and QoQ sales plan
- Serve as a POC for clients and the internal team
- Ensure timely and successful delivery of our solutions to clients
- Assist with high severity requests or escalations as required
- Yearly/ Quarterly progress communication with internal and external stakeholders
Scope and impact :
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders
- Working with multiple Business Units
- Brings together and collaborates with cross-functional teams and execute new additions and high-impact transformational initiatives

- 5-8 years work experience as Key Account Manager or similar role in a SaaS / PaaS organization
- Good knowledge of the BFSI industry
