About the Role:
We are seeking a Key Account Manager with a strong background in handling global clients (USA & Europe) in the Event Tech industry. This role is for a relationship-driven professional who excels at account mining, business expansion, and customer success. You will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of high-value global accounts, driving revenue expansion beyond the existing $2M+ portfolio, and ensuring long-term client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Account Management & Growth: Manage and nurture key accounts across the USA & Europe, ensuring sustained growth and customer success.
- Revenue Expansion: Identify and execute strategies to expand account value beyond the existing $2M+ portfolio.
- Client Relationships: Act as the primary point of contact, building strong relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Account Mining: Identify new opportunities within existing accounts, upsell and cross-sell solutions, and maximize client lifetime value.
- Market Understanding: Leverage deep knowledge of the USA & European markets to tailor solutions, anticipate client needs, and drive business growth.
- Hands-on Approach: Be directly involved in client engagements, negotiations, and business development strategies.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (sales, product, and customer success) to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction.
Key Requirements:
- 6 to 10 years of experience in Key Account Management in the Event Tech industry.
- Proven track record of managing global clients (specifically from the USA & Europe).
- Experience handling a business portfolio of at least $2M+ and successfully expanding it.
- Strong expertise in account mining, relationship management, and customer success strategies.
- Hands-on, proactive, and customer-focused, with a deep understanding of the USA & European markets.
- Ability to drive revenue growth, upsell, and cross-sell solutions within enterprise accounts.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
