Position Name : Key Account Manager - ESG
Location : Bangalore
Qualification : Bachelor's/Master's degree in Sustainability, ESG, Environmental Science, Business, or a related field.
Experience : 9+ Years
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop a deep understanding of clients' ESG priorities, challenges, and goals.
- Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, building and maintaining strong -relationships with key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with clients to identify opportunities for integrating ESG principles into their business strategies and operations.
- Develop and present customized ESG solutions, including sustainability assessments, reporting frameworks, and implementation plans.
- Contribute to the preparation of ESG reports, ensuring compliance with reporting standards.
- Assist in the generation of periodic sustainability and ESG performance reports.
- Support business development efforts by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing client accounts.

- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to client engagement and ESG impact.
- Present to and consult with mid and senior level management on business trends with a view to developing new services, products, and distribution channels.
- Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales.
- Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company's unique selling propositions and differentiators.
Education, Training, Skills and Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Sustainability, ESG, Environmental Science, Business, or a related field.
- Experience of being an advisory / consultant to Organizations to address sustainability issues, identify risks and provide insights to optimize revenues by applying and integrating sustainability and Environmental management at project level.
- Knowledge about Environmental Impact and circular economy.
- Ability to identify inefficiencies at an early stage and provide workable solutions.
- Understanding of the current environmental legislation, certification standards and waste management.
- Should be flexible to work on multiple projects.
- Creative, logical and analytical bent of mind to provide solutions to sustainability related issues of clients
- Effective Communication and Leadership skill
