The role holder is responsible to drive and manage assigned accounts and facilitate new sales of the product in the large enterprise segment in the region
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Responsible for managing assigned accounts and facilitate new sales of the product in the large enterprise segment in the region.
- Responsible for mining of the accounts to identify & materialize upselling & cross-selling opportunities to achieve their targets.
- Effective Account Management and Customer Relationship
- Establish a cordial relationship with the client and optimise customer satisfaction.
- Competition Analysis by keeping abreast of market trends & achieving market share metrics.
- Maintain regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders
- Forecast and execute Booking, Billing, and Collection figures
SKILLS REQUIRED :
- Strong customer engagement skills
- Business analysis, critical thinking, conflict management, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication for influencing and leading customer-facing engagements
- Good negotiation and presentation skills. Candidate should be able to create business cases and articulate business value propositions to the customer.
- Drive Product Adoption across different business lines & within the client organization
- Experience as a consultant in the CRM domain.
- Identify, develop and maintain relations with present clients.
- Experience in the BFSI domain is preferred.
