Company : A IoT based automation solutions provider for energy efficiency for retail chains and BFSI setups.

Educational Qualifications : Bachelors/Master's engineering degree from a premier institute

Experience : 3-6 years of relevant work experience

Location : Gurgaon

Salary Range : Rs 9-12 Lacs

Job Role and Responsibilities :


1. To increase revenue from the existing relationships and explore different business opportunities with existing clients

2. To set milestones while managing risks, coordinate with client and various internal teams to seamlessly deploy product in the field within stipulated time.

3. To actively engage client through all phases of the project, ensure client satisfaction through timely communication, ensure delivery of deliverables within communicated timeframes.

4. To Co-ordinate with the service teams to ensure smooth functioning of deployed product and quick redressal of issues with the help internal troubleshooting team within pre-defined SLAs.

5. To identify opportunities to grow business with the customers and engaging sales team with the process.
