Our client is an independent software provider specialized in data intelligence cloud solutions for renewable energies. They are headquartered in France and have operations in 23 countries. They have a unique technological product that helps companies monitor, analyse and enhance the performance of their renewable energy plants remotely.
Description
- Manage, monitor & drive Key Account selling, prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics
- Provide plans, forecasts and inputs towards Key Account strategies, Provide inputs for reviews and Annual Business Plan/Strategic Business Plan
- Effective implementation of Key Account Manager practices across function, Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives,
- Ensure the correct support & services are delivered to customers in a timely manner,
- Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams, rely on Resident Engineer when there is one in place
- Ensure customer satisfaction through sales, execution & services, resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust, play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships
- Work under the direct supervision / complementing KAM director in France but with a dotted line relationship to head of India (Country Manager)
Profile
- 6 to 8 years of experience in any renewable sector with B2B sales and key account management experience
- Willingness to travel in India
- Good Technical grasp; in depth knowledge of IIoT, DAS, SCADA systems and solar PV plant equipment is a real plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels, also with Corporate Office out of India
- Better understanding of customer requirements
- Good in Excel and presentation skills. Sales oriented.
- B.Tech. and MBA graduate with keen interest in use of technology for providing solutions to asset monitoring and management pertaining to the renewable Industry
