Key Responsibilities:

- Address customer concerns and issues promptly, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and retention.
- Analyze sales and customer metrics to generate actionable insights and recommendations that optimize performance.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activity within the EdTech space.
Required Qualifications:
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven success record in B2B sales, preferably within the education technology (EdTech) industry.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and develop key accounts, consistently exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of CRM software and proficiency in analyzing sales performance metrics.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build strong client relationships.
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities to navigate complex situations.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
