Account Manager

Job Overview:

Bikayi is looking for a motivated, well organized individual who helps to achieve the mission of enabling every business to sell online. The individual will be responsible for media activation, retention, minimizing risk, and improving revenue opportunities for growth of the assigned client mix. You'll cultivate and grow relationships with a regional client portfolio, including key decision-makers, through opportunity identification, strategic client relationship management, and up-sell/cross-sell initiatives.

Responsibilities:

1. Service the current premium merchants to ensure renewals and also up sell other products to them.

2. Managing and driving the growth of the seller's business: Build and execute on a strategic account plan that delivers on key business opportunities for the seller and Bikayi.

3. Work with sellers to improve operational aspects of their business in providing a great consumer experience.

4. Analyzing the business: Conduct deep dive analysis and provide routine executive-level reporting on the seller's current business and future opportunities. Publish recommendations and action plans based on data.

5. Interacts with clients and sales on a regular basis to provide updates on campaign performance and overall customer health.
