Key Account Manager - E-commerce


We have an opening with one of our client for the position of : Key Account manager E - Commerce

Company: Leading FMCG

Designation : Key Account manager - Ecommerce.

This position is responsible for Key Accounts in E-Commerce Channel. Maintaining relationships with key accounts and On-Boarding new Accounts to achieve profitable results. Benchmarking competitors and suggesting business strategies for the growth of existing / new businesses line with the objective of achieving exponential growth and profitability.

Job Location: Mumbai

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement the India strategy for the development and management of the e-commerce business / channel

- Responsible for the development and performance of the online business working with key people within the organization as well as external 3rd party agencies working to aggressive growth targets on an annual basis.

- Development and execution of the online marketing activities to drive the business. Allocation and presentation of merchandise within the eCommerce site

- Budget management for the online channel for India

- Overseeing product offer and merchandising. Ensuring sales are maximized and content delivered effectively

- Ensuring constant update of new technologies and strategies to ensure the brand remains at the forefront of online arena

- Produce revenue, unit and gross profit and operating cost targets annual budget

- Prepare and execute planning calendar for each season, promotions and mailer campaigns

- Set KPI benchmarks from analytics and competitive analysis

- Ensure all information of product is current and accurate

- Manage and monitor orders, sales and shipments

- Monitor sales, stock and gross margin report by division, concept and product group for review.

Requirement:

Education: MBA/PG in Marketing (Tier 1)

Experience:

- At least 3-6 years out of which at least 1-2 years of experience in the on-line selling environment

- Technical expertise on the online channel

- Negotiation Skills
