We have an urgent opening with a leading FMCG (Personal Care) for Bangalore location:

Role & Responsibilities:

1. Client Relationship Management:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, including retailers, distributors and internal stakeholders

- Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, addressing their needs, concerns, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

- Regularly engage with clients to understand their business objectives, challenges, and market trends.

2. Sales Strategy Planning & Forecasting:

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and maximize market penetration.

- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and emerging trends.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, supply chain, and finance, to develop tailored solutions for key accounts.

3. Negotiation

- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with key clients to secure profitable business agreements.

- Ensure that contracts are accurately documented and adhere to company policies and legal requirements.

- Monitor contract performance and proactively address any deviations or issues to maintain strong partnerships.

4. Market Analysis and Competitor Intelligence:

- Monitor market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.

- Analyze sales data and metrics to assess performance and make data-driven decisions.

- Stay updated on industry developments, regulations, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.

5. Ad Campaigns:

- Monitor ROAS, Manage ACOS

- Identify avenues for better visibility, growth and gain market share.
