This role is important for executing Ecommerce setup. The eCommerce KAM is responsible for managing the online business (annual NSV and Strategic targets within an assigned budget) and driving the growth of the identified accounts, in line with the agreed Business Strategy. Working cross functionally, running the day to day across customer Marketing, offline sales counterparts, customer service and supply chain whilst liaising with the Senior Business Manager (online & offline sales) to align on core account strategies. The role is responsible for building successful relationships with ecommerce key accounts.

- Fully responsible for the implementation of eCommerce activities in the overall customer plan, including but not limited to managing online sales plans and execution, brand and corporately developed sales & marketing programs presentation on retailer sites, coordination of digital marketing campaigns and best in class product presentation with eCommerce Trade content & eMerchandising managers.

- Manage category basics, define and implement clear digital business and category development strategies for the account, including planning & review meetings.

- Implement, measure and monitor the performance of each account(financial metrics/targets, invoice issues and payments, budget, case fill) taking decisive action to deliver sales revenue in line with plan

- Implement the sales vision for retailers in coordination with offline counterparts

- Ensure agreements are implemented and optimized as well as contribute to the development of corporate sales and marketing programs designed to meet or exceed sales volume objectives for the online partner

- Responsible, with the snr. Business Manager (online & offline sales) for the channel sales forecasting process

- Support and implement recommendations for account development

- Maintain close collaboration with the customer marketing and other key strategic stakeholders to ensure the account develops a true Omni-channel approach and full implementation of marketing and product development plans in line with the customer strategy.

- Be the key customer contact representing firm in day-to-day inquiries as well as in key account negotiations

1. Education & Professional Qualification

MBA degree

2. Knowledge/Experience

MBA with 3-5 years- Experience. Min 2years of some experience in successfully managing key accounts, sales analytics, shopper/digital marketing, e-Commerce, in FMCG, Consumer Durables / Lifestyle and /or B2B

Ideally familiar with the requirements of successful e-commerce; understanding of digital marketing, role of content and search as part of overall eCommerce strategy.
