Key Account Manager - eCommerce

The Key Account Manager is responsible for achieving objectives, KPIs and targets at assigned key customers. Where directed, the KAM develops new customers in a manner that will achieve short and long-term, profitable growth.

Job Description:

- Playing an integral role in new business pitches and hold responsibility for effective onboarding of new clients.

- Responsible for the development of sales.

- Focusing on growing and developing existing customers, together with generating new business.

- You will act as the key interface between the customer and the holiday division.
