Major Responsibilities:
- Responsible for online sales expansion and operation management
- Create channel specific plans, targets & sell-out programs to meet/exceed overall sales targets
- Manage Market-Place alliances and vendor management
- Evaluating and creating online opportunities to increase the share of online business
- Analysis & internal reporting of weekly sell-in/sell-out performance
- Develop, manage, and track budgetary needs to support sales and account plans
- Maximize online marketing ROI through online display advertising management CPC and CPM campaigns.
Qualification and Experience:
- Bachelor's or MBA degree is required- Candidates form Premier Institutes are given top preference .
- Five (5) years of experience into e-commerce sales/account/channel management experience with at least three (3) years into online sales management
- Ability to develop and manage online marketing budgets
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Experience in developing channel specific product launch plans with appropriate sales targets
- Nimble, adaptive, collaborative and strong self-motivation. Ready to act in a fast-paced and fast-changing environment.
