Key Account Manager - Ecommerce
- Responsible for driving sales numbers from Ecommerce sites like Nykaa, Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra etc.
- Communicating with CFA for driving inventory to ecommerce channel
- Develop long-standing & strategic relationships with the partners
- Work closely with partners on formulating Joint Business Plans
- Also Implementing Operations on Shopify, Uniware and Shiprocket
- Conduct Monthly Business review with partners.
- Create Weekly/Monthly reports and monitor performance, driven by on-site KPIs
- Ensure Catalogue and Listing Hygiene and achieve high content score
- Ensure adequate forward stock cover and timely replenishments
- Monitor and drive strategic product/merchandising initiatives
- Create reports and monitor performance driven by Merchandising KPIs i.e. Bestsellers, Sell-through % and stock cover.
- Share business projections with SCM team to plan Sales and Operations
- Develop and maintain process/plan to analyze the customer's business.
- Evaluates business trends, shopper insights, and findings from post analysis of executed activities, which utilizes customer consumption and other available data
- Responsible for day-to-day operations
- Work closely with internal teams such as Brand Team, SCM & Finance for all channel related requirement.
- Review and tracking of commercial agreements & contracts
- Reconciliation of accounts by coordinating with the finance team
