- As a Key Account Manager at Flipkart, you will play a pivotal role in fostering and managing relationships with our key accounts.
- You will be responsible for driving sales, revenue growth, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
Account Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key accounts.
- Develop a deep understanding of the accounts' business objectives, challenges, and opportunities.
- Act as the main point of contact for key accounts, addressing their needs and inquiries in a timely manner.
Sales and Revenue Growth:
- Develop and execute strategies to drive sales and maximize revenue from key accounts.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling Flipkart's products and services.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and identify areas for improvement.
Strategic Planning:
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop account-specific strategies aligned with Flipkart's overall objectives.
- Provide insights and feedback to contribute to the development of new products and services tailored to key accounts' needs.
Negotiation and Contracts:
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms with key accounts to ensure mutual benefit.
- Ensure all agreements and contracts comply with company policies and legal requirements.
Market Analysis and Competitive Intelligence:
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments relevant to key accounts.
- Utilize market insights to identify growth opportunities and potential risks.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- MBA preferred.
- Proven experience in key account management, preferably in the e-commerce or retail industry.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
