Job Description :
- To build, maintain and manage business relationship with key marketplace accounts and maximize revenue
- To handle E Commerce retailers across country including E Commerce/online players for all the products
- Responsible for our business through E Commerce channel
- Responsible to identify new business opportunities regarding new players, more products with same retailers and increase of current business
- Identification and Creation of required infrastructure to get entry into e commerce platform in cost effective way
- Identification of digital marketing opportunities with different e Com platforms
- Co-ordinate with respective retailers to sort out issues related to master data, assortment, stock levels, position of SKUs, stock receiving etc.
- Responsible for timely communication of new launches, offers and promotions, changes in SKU master and any other relevant communications
- Responsible for receipt of timely payments to be received from retailer and any payment to be done to retailer
- Responsible for doing advance business planning with the retailer
- Regularly getting relevant data for our business
- Getting information about the category and competition activities
- Ensure good mind share for our product and company with retailers
- Ensure good visibility of our products on various platforms, Sales & Order Management
- Oversee order management/servicing for e-commerce platforms ensuring on time deliveries as per agreed terms and conditions.
- Coordinate with supply chain teams to ensure sufficient stock levels for servicing e-commerce orders avoiding instances of stock outs.
- Track and monitor competition to keep abreast with market developments.
Experience : 2 to 4 Years of relevant KAM experience.
Qualification : Graduation/Post-graduation
