Key Account Manager - Ecommerce
What you will do:
- Conducting, operating and achieving the business on key account with sales plan to achieve budgeted numbers
- Connecting/ coordinating with Account/ Category Managers of the key account/ Marketplaces
- Ensuring strong healthy relationship with the account team to drive business
- Ensuring our top-sellers are in category/ sub-category sales ranks with good visibility and discoverability
- Managing and tracking payments from the partner websites, reconciliation and ensuring there is no variance in the same
- Managing brand reputation through reviews/ ratings/ feedback on the account
- Constantly tracking competitor brands and product, comparative category share to be tracked and working on increasing it
- Using all the tools/ services available on the account that can help in increasing our customer base
What you need to have:
- Minimum 1+ years' experience on Amazon the E-commerce platform
- P&L Statements
- Negotiation skill for getting better visibility on Amazon, Flipkart and like portals (free and paid both)
- Somebody from health fitness industry would be preferred or any D2C Brand
