Job Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven Key Accounts Manager to elevate our presence on Amazon, Flipkart, and other quick-commerce marketplaces.

The ideal candidate will bring deep e-commerce expertise, focusing on marketplace strategy, P&L optimization, and performance analysis.

You will spearhead revenue growth, manage product listings, execute promotions, and ensure seamless operations, collaborating with internal teams to optimize strategy and budgets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Marketplace Strategy: Develop and execute strategies to achieve monthly and annual business revenue targets.

- P&L Management: Take full ownership of profitability and performance, optimizing the business unit's P&L.

- Sales Growth: Use keyword research, optimized content, and both paid/unpaid promotions to drive product sales and improve visibility.

- Promotions & Campaigns: Design and execute promotional campaigns to boost sales, enhance visibility, and improve key performance metrics.

- Operational Excellence: Oversee daily operations on external platforms, resolving any operational issues efficiently.

- Data Analysis: Analyze sales trends, conversions, and key metrics, providing actionable insights to enhance performance.

- Budget Optimization: Allocate budgets effectively for each platform, track expenditures, and improve ROI while minimizing acquisition costs.

- Content Management: Manage product listings and prepare A+ content, leveraging infographics and SEO-rich descriptions with internal team collaboration.

Requirements

Educational Qualification:

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience:

- 2-3 years of hands-on experience managing and maintaining marketplace accounts like Amazon and Flipkart.

- Proven experience in the D2C or e-commerce industry is mandatory.

Skills:

- Proficiency in P&L management with accountability for revenue growth and brand consistency.

- Strong analytical skills for generating reports, creating pivot tables, and extracting actionable insights.

- Expertise in e-commerce tools such as Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, etc.

- Fluency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Prior experience in launching and managing product listings with A+ Content and SEO optimization.

- Knowledge of quick-commerce platforms and their operational dynamics
