Key Account Manager - Dairy Products

One of our clients, a Leading Dairy products manufacturing company is looking out for for Key Account Manager to be based at Mumbai.

- This position will develop multi-level and cross-functional relationships with customer's key personnel and is primarily responsible for achieving all sales objectives, including volume, profit, and expense. Key goal is to achieve maximum sales profitability and growth by executing a sales strategy that aligns customer requirements with the correct mix of products and services.

- The ideal incumbent should be a B.E/B.Tech / MBA from premium institute with 10 to 15 years experience in the Dairy product manufacturing set up.

- The individual should have a very strong understanding about the complete life-cycle of the product development and management.

- Should be able to work with cross-function teams within the company including Production, Procurement and sales to develop and cater to the requirements of the clients.

- The person should have very good understanding about the product demand in the market with the existing customers as well as new opportunities.

- He/ She should have very good connect with the key decision makers at the customer end (QA, Marketing, Procurement , R&D, Chefs) so as to influence and enhance business through increasing their product penetration, develop new opportunities to be able to nurture the business.

- The person would be primarily responsible for achieving all sales profitability and growth by executing a sales and product strategy that aligns customer requirements with the correct mix of products and services.

- Business acumen, In-depth Market knowledge, Result orientation, Zeal to discover productive business ideas and maintain a stable customer landscape

- The ability to apply leading-edge processes necessary to drive profitable growth

- The effective candidate will also possess excellent communication and organizational skills with an ability to work effectively in a fast paced and dynamic team environment

- Must possess resiliency, financial/business acumen, and ability to flex style as needed
