Are you ready to take on an exciting opportunity that allows you to channel your passion for driving CSD/CPC Channels in the vibrant West Zone? We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as the Key Account Manager for CSD/CPC Channels in Mumbai. In this role, you will also serve as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for Head Office Operations.

Location: Mumbai (West Zone)

As the Key Account Manager (CSD/CPC Channels), you will:

- Develop annual account plans, sales & portfolio growth plans, and new product launch plans aligned with company objectives.

- Drive the achievement of Volume and Value targets in CSD/CPC channels.

- Continuously monitor, report, and take appropriate action, including quarterly performance reviews.

- Ensure timely fulfillment & high fill-rate across CSD/CPC depots in coordination with supply chain/logistics.

- Coordinate with the CSD Team to ensure effective merchandizing across all CSD/CPC canteens.

- Ensure a high rate of account renewals with favorable terms of trade.

- Identify & onboard new national accounts and set up favorable terms of trade.

- Create & manage excellent business relationships at the HO for all national accounts and build a favorable company image in the Consumer Durable Space.

- Ensure commercial hygiene for the account, including finance meetings, claim release & settlement follow-ups & meetings, agency management, and account reconciliation.

- Track competition activities in the channel and implement counteractions.

- Be responsible for new product listing and effective stakeholder management with CSD and CPC head office.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Expertise in leading CSD/CPC accounts/portfolio.

- Proven & deep knowledge of sales & distribution systems (preferred in FMCG, Consumer Durables space).

- Strong financial understanding - P&L, driving profitability, account reconciliation, ROI measures, etc.

- An analytical mindset and methodical approach - extensive Excel and business presentation skills.

- Acute attention to accuracy and detail.

- Excellent networking, assertive communication & excellent stakeholder management skills.
