Roles & Responsibilities :
1. Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, which may include retailers, distributors, or other business partners. Understand their needs, objectives, and challenges.
2. Develop account plans and strategies to maximize sales and profitability. Identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts and create action plans to capitalize on those opportunities.
3. Achieve sales targets and revenue goals by actively selling products or services to key accounts. Continuously seek opportunities to expand product lines or introduce new offerings to the accounts.
4. Negotiate terms and conditions of agreements or contracts with key accounts, ensuring favorable terms for the company while maintaining a positive relationship. Manage contract renewals and amendments.
5. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer demands. Conduct analysis to identify potential threats or opportunities and adjust account strategies accordingly.
6. Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance, market trends, and account activities to management. Develop accurate sales forecasts and budgets for assigned key accounts.
7. Identify opportunities to expand business relationships with key accounts, such as upselling or cross-selling additional products or services. Seek referrals or references from satisfied customers to develop new leads.
Requirement :
- Industry - Large consumer appliances
- Min 5+ years of experience as a KAM
