Job Responsibilities(JR) : 6 - 8 Areas Actionable (4-6)
- New Acquiring - Acquire new corporates for Corporate Cards/Purchase/Utility/CTA along with Other Variants like Prepaid/FX/ INR
- Portfolio Penetration - Increase penetration into existing corporates in terms of all commercial cards variants, account payable and prepaid products.
- A Stipulated Number of Daily Visits on the Focused an pre segmented entities using effort and result analysis approach
- Scoping of the market in terms of requirements on Corporate credit cards and FX / Prepaid Products
- Ensure Retail targets/ Branch targets and Channel Target are achieved through assigned branches/ EEG Team and Corporate Salary RM's. Work on Preapproved Branch SME corporate pertaining to them.
- Conduct visits and review business share and undertake steps to build incremental business
- Interacting with BBG/Branch Banking/KCM/CSRM
- Provide high end Business solutions to Corporatesand engage senior officials to sign up for SPC.
- Interact and penetrate into Branch Banking / EEG/ and KCM CSRM relationships
- Track Corporate Renewals and drive zero Delinquencies
- Ensure tracking/upgrade of Corporate credit lines,payments, limit outstanding, Card Activations delays.
- Monitor the CAMs /Agreement/Pricing/ Review and revisit Commercials of Existing Relationships
- Manage Key Relationship and Newly Acquired Portfolio Customers
- Constant meetings and interaction with the assigned key relationships of the region to ensure growth in portfolio
- Competition review and strategy to increase wallet share
- Conduct periodic Business reviews and provide Business inputs in liaison with the product team
- Constant engagement with the product team to share customer feedback on processes and product offering
- Channel and Resource Management (Channel Partners like RTFX, Retail ,and CSRM)
- Visit all existing Portfolio Corporates and grow Business
- Interact and develop business models with Branch, EEG and Corporate Salary team to ensure portfolio penetration of Commercial and Prepaid cards
- Share best practices of other regions to influence traction in Card Nos- and drive Primes and SPC and cross sell Asset Products in portfolio Corporates
- Acquire Market Information to Product Innovations and Process Simplifications
- Understand Competition Strengths and Weakness and devise new avenues for Customized payment solutions
- Provide relevant inputs to product team to ease Process simplification and product Improvement

- Product penetration in Internal Corporate Relationships
- Adhere to KYC Process and Sales process
- Portfolio Enhancements and increase Team productivity
- Work Cohesively with Inter departments
