Years of experience:
- 6- 10 Years of relevant experience as Key Account Manager managing high worth/high volume existing customer business and projects.
- Experience in acquisition of new customers for business consistency
- B2B experience preferably in BFSI & large multilocational corporates sales.
Functional Skills:
- Good business acumen, entrepreneurial/ commercial mindset and behavior is essential
- Good communicator in English (written & spoken) & Hindi and a good presenter exhibiting go getter approach, confidence with team working skills.
- Computer literacy with Microsoft Office a must.
- Sales planning, budgeting and project management skills
- Customer centric and service-oriented mindset with proficiency in Key Accounts/Strategic Account Management for larger business entities
- Be prepared to travel extensively.
Behavioral:
High on customer relationship management, co-operative, disciplined with good inter-personal skills, team player and self- driven, result oriented.
Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales/service revenue target for the company's products from existing large key accounts and acquisition accounts for business consistency from different segments of the market.
- Maintain a healthy business funnel for consistent performance for required product mix
- Develop, maintain and improve excellent relationship with assigned major key clients
- Resolve key client issues and complaints with internal coordination.
- Market coverage with complete understanding of key account needs with upstream, downstream functioning & expertise.
- Provide Business Intelligence in terms of Market information, Competitor Information and other relevant details and reports on time to ensure right potential and opportunities in the market
- Ensure accurate business forecasting and adherence
- On time account receivables from assigned accounts
