Job opening for KAM/ client Manager - TRAVEL MNC
We have a job opening with one of the leading travel MNC.
They are looking for Manager - Client Management to be based out in Bangalore.
Job Description :
- Regular documented business review meetings with a sign off on customer service & debtors
- Client retention
- Achievement of TRS target (i.e. MICE, Hotels, Transport, VISA, Insurance, Calling cards, Rail, Forex)
- Renewal of the existing contracts
- Business Management: Move clients to card platform; Organic growth; Profitability Management; move clients to Self Booking tool; Managing P&L of clients
- Relationship Management with the customer and vendors
- Account Profitability - Profit & Loss Management of customers being account managed
- Management and measurement of agreed SLA/KPI- s, Consolidation of logs/progress on KPI- s
- Vendor Negotiations
- MIS preparation, Analysis and Delivery / Data accuracy
- To monitor compliance with regards to the preferred airlines of both the customer and company itself.
- Sharing of information with the team members/Review meetings with the teams
- Weekly TRS & Wealth report on the customer visits to be submitted to the Business Head and Head of Client Management.
- To conduct Traveller Survey's to measure the level of customer satisfaction
