Role: Key Account Manager - US Markets
Company: A leading & a fast growing BPO
Location: Mumbai
Role:
1. Building client relationship - acting as the interface between the Client and Ops teams
2. Primary KRA – Farming/ Increasing Business Volume from Clients
3. Identify potential new clients and business opportunities Ensuring Smooth transition of projects
4. Project management, coordination, relationship management, & negotiation
5. Collateral Preparation
6. Responsible for Account Management / Coordinating with International Clients
Candidate Profile:
1. Excellent domain expertise, process knowledge
2. Target oriented with passion for generating new business
3. Excellent Commercial sense
4. Hands-on experience in the entire Sales life-cycle including prospecting, lead qualification, requirement understanding, proposal presentation and sales closure.
5. Ideally, exposure of working within a multi-cultural environment and exposure in managing International Clients.
