Responsibilities :
- This role is required to retain, develop and grow revenues from existing clients in India.
- You will be responsible for managing key accounts, maintaining a long term relationship with accounts and maximizing sales opportunities within them.
- You are also responsible for building relationships with new clients, convert these into key accounts and then mine them for productivity.
- Must be able to network and develop relationship with key decision makers (CIO, CRO, Business & Product Heads) in respective accounts.
- Build Customer loyalty through continuous training and awareness programs and coordination with front end & business support functions.
- Interact and maintain relationships with existing clients to enable cross-selling and up-selling activities.
- Responsible for farming existing accounts, building pipeline and booking revenues from given segment & market.
- Responsible for managing several accounts and being the face of the company to existing clients
Skills Required:
- An ideal candidate would have about 5-8 years of relevant experience with demonstrated success preferably in product - based IT or SaaS companies, Banking and Financial Services Industry or Fin-Tech companies.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of professional experience in Account Management with a minimum of 3 Years working experience in the BFSI Industry
- Improving the overall customer relationship, delivering reliable administrative support and customer service.
- IT skills must include above average ability to work on Excel Spreadsheets, MS Word. And through knowledge of MS Power Point
- Manage client relationship through all phases of the sales cycle
- Ability to identify opportunities within existing clients for a product/s and drive CXO level engagement for selling organization products.
