Description
The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with financial services firms.
Harmoney provides a technology platform for bond trading to wealth management firms and institutional clients. Our product provides execution services, pre-trade, post-trade and data for bond markets.
The Sales Manager will be responsible for onboarding new clients for Harmoney's trading product and service existing client relationships. The Sales Manager will be responsible for platform sales and scaling trading volumes.
Responsibilities
The candidate should be able to act as a single point of contact for clients
- Acquisition of wealth managers or financial services firms for the trading product
- Arranging meetings between key client stakeholders and Harmoney's management to ensure smooth delivery and onboarding of new clients
- Deepening relationships and increasing trading volumes from existing clients
- Analyzing and addressing the gaps in existing processes and product
- Gather customer feedback regularly and relay it to the product team
Requirements
- An existing network of potential clients is desirable
- Excellent communication skills. The candidate should be able to interact in a professional manner with clients on a regular basis
- Qualifications: degree in finance or management
- Past experience in B2B or corporate sales in financial services firm
