Responsibilities
- Plan & Execute JBP (Joint Business Plan) with marketplace for driving profitable sales growth.
- Deliver sales targets for overall brand and individual hero products / categories.
- Negotiate and Own the "Terms of Trade" with the partners.
- Build relationships with the marketplace partners at multiple levels
- Media & promo planning, front end operations, product assortment, supply chain, distribution, CRM, and brand marketing activities to enhance the digital presence of the brand and boost product /category performance.
- Understanding the Key Business Drivers for each account and formulating an activation calendar in line with that.
Qualifications & Skills
- MBA in Sales & Marketing with 2-6 years of experience
- Worked as a Category Manager with an online retailer or has been a KAM for the E-Commerce channel with a leading brand
- Very strong analytical skills
- Strong negotiation skills bringing closure to deals with win-win setups
- Strong solutioning ability with a creative bent of mind
- Strong customer orientation & interest in consumer internet
- Ability to be a strong team player in cross-functional projects
- Thorough and organized
- Start-up enthusiast
