Job Description :
- Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts to ensure long-term success
- Identify opportunities to grow business and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Negotiate contracts and manage pricing to maximize profitability
- Create and maintain account plans, including account strategies, goals, and objectives
- Analyse sales data to identify trends and opportunities
- Conduct regular business reviews with key accounts to assess performance and identify areas for improvement
- Develop and deliver presentations to key stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors to identify potential threats and opportunities
- Identify and escalate issues as needed to ensure customer satisfaction
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
- Experience in analysing sales data and identifying trends
- Ability to travel as needed
