Description - The Key Accounts Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key accounts to ensure long-term success. The role will involve identifying opportunities to grow business, collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences and negotiate contracts. The role will also involve planning the GTM strategy for new channels

Job Description :

- Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts to ensure long-term success

- Identify opportunities to grow business and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.


- Negotiate contracts and manage pricing to maximize profitability


- Create and maintain account plans, including account strategies, goals, and objectives


- Analyse sales data to identify trends and opportunities


- Conduct regular business reviews with key accounts to assess performance and identify areas for improvement


- Develop and deliver presentations to key stakeholders


- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors to identify potential threats and opportunities


- Manage and track key account metrics to measure success


- Identify and escalate issues as needed to ensure customer satisfaction


Profile :

- Proven experience as a Key Accounts Manager or in a similar role

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills


- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking


- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders


- Experience in analysing sales data and identifying trends


- Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software


- Ability to travel as needed
