Job Purpose:
- The role requires you to engage in and be responsible for managing and nurturing key client relationships for the organisation's continual growth.
- As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and managing key accounts in the B2B sector.
- This role involves strategic business development, effective negotiation, and closing deals with new customers.
- The Key Account Manager will also build, train, motivate, and lead a Sales/BD team, ensuring alignment with business goals and revenue targets.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Business Development:
- Drive profitable revenue growth in line with targets through strategic business development in the B2B sector.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.
Account Management:
- Manage, negotiate, and close deals with new customers, ensuring long-term relationships and client satisfaction.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue from existing key accounts.
Strategic Planning:
- Frame business development strategies and sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Monitor and analyse market trends to identify new growth opportunities.
Stakeholder Management:
- Network, communicate, and present to internal and external stakeholders at the senior management level.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure exceptional service delivery.
Education & Work Experience
- Bachelor's/ Master's degree in Marketing or Business Administration
- 7-8-year(s) experience in Key Account Management in the B2B segment.
- Language Proficiency - English, Hindi & Local
