- Working on strategic planning for existing accounts.
- Working as a SPOC between Clients & the Organization.
- Generating requirements from new clients and existing clients.
- Responsible for getting new leads requirements and maintaining existing clients to enhance business relations.
- Make timely submissions and provide all the information to the client which is required for making an end client submission.
- Follow up with the clients on the progress of the submittals made.
- Follow up with the Clients on regular basis.
- Strategic planning & execution.
- Guide & motivate the team to source profiles, screening them and engaging with the candidates.
- Consistently maintain high shortlist to interview to select ratio.
- Be hands on in above activities and contribute significantly to the total closures.
- Information Gathering on key stakeholders and conduct meetings.
- To operate from the customer location.
- Responsible for developing new businesses across verticals/geography within the assigned customers.
- Interacting with all stakeholders everyday within the customer and getting immediate opportunities and fulfill them.
- Improve wallet share and mitigate competition by way of effective execution, speed and agility.
- P&L Accountability for the business.
- Invoicing accuracy and collections.
- Team management/people management Requirement.
Skills/ Qualifications.
- Should have prior experience in client management of at least 5 to 10years.
- Should be Self-driven and motivated to achieve success.
- Must have excellent communication and inter-personal skills.
- Must have worked on IT or ITES domain with contract staffing exp.
