Job Responsibilities:
- Managing and developing relationships with all key stakeholders in the customer account (Large BFSI Customers)
- Ensuring that the customer is happy and satisfied with the services of the organization. Closely coordinate with internal Delivery & Support Teams to ensure that customer's needs are met and problems are resolved well
- To act as customer advocate within the organization to ensure that all departments understand customer's requirements and respond with the right quality of service
- To plan and execute in order to maximize multiple business opportunities with the customer. To closely work with marketing and pre-sales to leverage on business opportunities
- To act as a consultant to the customer to spot opportunities where the company's technology products/solutions can help the customer in various ways
Desired Profile:
- Experience in Managing large BFSI Client accounts
- Experience in sales/BD of IT product Sales
- Understanding of Digital Onboarding solutions and journeys
- Prior experience in consulting industry will be a plus
Work ex: 8-12 years
Education: MBA + BE/B.Tech
