Our client, a Leading Dairy product manufacturing company is looking out for a Key Account Manager (b2b) to be based at Mumbai.
- The ideal candidate should be a qualified professional either in Dairy Technology/ Hotel Management/ Culinary with a MBA degree and 5 years of experience in business development/key account management in the dairy product manufacturing business.
- The individual would be involved in managing the end-to-end B2B key account management i.e.: meeting the key accounts, understanding their specific product requirement and accordingly discuss with the Production team, debrief them the product specification and deliver the products.
- This person would develop a strategic sales plan for the product business to strengthen and expand the business with both existing and prospective customers. Gather trends on new products and competitor initiatives to maintain its position as market leader and increase the market share.
- Develop pricing programs to profitably grow business. Understand and utilize risk management tools to assist with margin management. Forecast both volume and financial performance for internal Schreiber use. Responsible for negotiations of pricing and terms of sale.
- Develop a multi-level and cross-functional relationship with all external customer departments (QA, Marketing, Purchasing, R&D, Supply Chain, and Culinary). Will participate and potentially lead cross-functional projects. Maintain customer information in the CRM system.
