Key Account Manager - B2B Sales


Responsibilities:


- The incumbent will be responsible for establishing contact with decision-makers (Chief Technology Officers, Technology Heads, CHROs, Heads of HR, Directors of HR, CFOs, etc.) by giving corporate presentations, generating business through software services, and handling new business development, cross-selling, up-selling, and client retention.

- Candidates should preferably have a background in enterprise sales, B2B sales, corporate sales, or key accounts.

- Strong communication skills are required, along with self-motivation and a willingness to make cold calls.

- The role involves developing new business relationships, negotiating, and generating new income to meet an agreed-upon annual target, with the aim of increasing it year over year.

- The candidate should be a graduate or MBA with 8 to 15 years of experience.

- Candidates from B2B or enterprise sales in financial software corporate sales, including banking, insurance, wealth management, or other B2B software sales.
