- We are seeking a passionate, self-motivated, and detail-oriented Key Account Manager to join our dynamic team.
- The ideal candidate will focus on building strong relationships with existing clients while also identifying opportunities for new business growth.
- You will serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring that their needs are met and that they experience continued success with our products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for key accounts and stakeholders, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and engagement.
- Develop and maintain trusted advisory relationships with key accounts, client stakeholders, and internal teams.
- Proactively identify client needs, deliver customized solutions, and drive account growth.
- Develop strategies to increase sales within existing accounts and generate new business.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client success and drive process improvements.
- Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts to meet or exceed targets.
- Act as a liaison between clients and cross-functional internal teams, ensuring timely and successful delivery of solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience (4+ years) in account management, client success, or a related role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple accounts and priorities.
- Demonstrated ability to meet sales goals and foster long-term client relationships.
- Analytical mindset with a passion for solving problems and driving results
