Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Champion: Serve as the primary point of contact for key account stakeholders, fostering strong and trusting relationships.
- Strategic Partnership Development: Develop and cultivate long-term advisory relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and internal partners.
- Sales Forecasting & Analytics: Prepare and maintain accurate and reliable monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts based on deep customer understanding.
- Account Management Expertise: Develop and execute strategic account plans, ensuring customer satisfaction and exceeding their expectations.
- Solution-Oriented Approach: Identify customer needs and proactively propose solutions that deliver value and drive success.
- Communication & Collaboration: Maintain excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate effectively with clients, internal teams, and senior management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/Master's Degree: Hold a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of relevant work experience in account management, sales, or a related field.
- Client Focus: Demonstrated success in building and managing strong client relationships.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities to interpret data, forecast sales, and develop strategic insights.
- Communication & Collaboration: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to build rapport and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Technology Proficiency: Fluency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) to manage client information and communication effectively
