About Client:
The client is a dynamic and innovative influencer marketing agency that disrupts the status quo.

The Role:
- You'll be the quarterback for our client relationships.
- You'll be responsible for appraising our existing client base, reaching out to them, and negotiating renewals that significantly increase their investment.
- This is a crucial role for our continued growth, and we're looking for a superstar to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth appraisals of existing client accounts to identify opportunities for growth.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients, becoming a trusted advisor.
- Effectively present renewal proposals that demonstrate the value proposition of exceeding their previous campaign results.
- Negotiate and close renewal deals that generate at least double the revenue of the previous agreement.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for assigned accounts.
- Identify potential upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams (creative, strategy, etc.) to ensure flawless client service.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Must have a minimum 1-5 years of experience in a similar account management role (Influencer marketing preferably)
- Proven track record of exceeding targets and client satisfaction benchmarks.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to build strong relationships and foster trust with clients.
- A go-getter with a relentless drive to succeed.
- Experience in the influencer marketing industry a plus.
