KAM - Institutionalization
- Help institutionalise Key Account Management and assist in implementing Sales Optimisation initiatives eg. Customer Value proposition, Sales Framework. Help in making these intiatives a competitive advantage .
- Collaborate with businesses to increase KAM accounts , follow the rigor of the process and track KPI's such as Adoption of Key Account Standards (Addition of New Accounts under KAM Framework ), Key Account Reviews ( 4 / Month), to measure their impact on growth & profitability.
Governance Platform:
- Create a thorough Governance platform that evaluates performance of the B2B Businesses within the Group. Create Benchmarks both internal and external and evaluate our performance vis a vis the benchmarks. Ensure compliance within the Group and adoption of new frameworks. Conduct reviews and create actionable reports on both strengths and areas of development for teams , performance metrics, deviations and recommendations for enhancing overall performance and adherence to governance protocols
- Ensure Best Practice Sharing across business and developing B2B Sales Community. Engagement with B2B Sales community on New Trends & Technologies through Internal/External Sessions
Deployment & Execution:
- Deploy the selected tools and strategic initiatives across the Group seamlessly. Look for new age technologies, digital platforms and industry leading practices that can be adopted to help enhance impact on Revenue & Profitability growth
