Customer Success (Key Account Head)
Experience: 15 to 20 Years
Locations - Bengaluru/Delhi
Must-Have:
Experience in Team Handling
Experience in Dealing with HR Fraternity
Experience in cross-selling/UP selling in corporate
Experience :
- 15 + years of experience in working in and engaging in corporate
- Any knowledge and exposure in HR/Employee Engagement (ideal)
Customer:
- Sponsor /Sr Sponsors (Buyer) - Employee wellness, HR (Compensation and Benefits), Talent retention engagement, Recruitment)
- C- suite Chief Medical Officer, CHRO
- Procurement, Contracts, Finance (on the administrative side)
Responsibilities and Duties:
Financial:
- Meet team revenue goals from the portfolio of accounts
- Work with stakeholders to ensure timely billing and collection
- Ensure contract renewal
Customer:
- Work with customer sponsors to drive utilization of platform and services using innovative campaigns for engagement and customer satisfaction
- Ensure reviews , governance and monitoring of service delivery
- Build and expand penetration and impact in a portfolio of accounts (Trusted partner) cross/up sell value-added solutions
- Build deep connects between 1to1 and customer across senior management in stakeholders - Employee Wellness, HR besides procurement and finance for strategic relationships and collaboration
Team:
- 7- 10 CSM team reporters engagement, and capability development
- Build best practices and knowledge share on launch, awareness, engagement and adoption
- Support strategic initiatives where needed
