Key Account Executive/Marketplace Manager - Business Development - Fashion Retail

As a Marketplace Manager specializing in Business Development, you will be responsible for driving growth and expanding the reach of Centrepoint Marketplace platform in KSA. The primary objective will be to identify and establish strategic partnerships with external businesses, sellers, and service providers to enhance the product offerings and drive revenue growth.

Additional key objectives include overall process governance for KSA - would require l
iasioning with multiple stakeholders viz, LMIT, Supply chain & VMD Team (supplier/seller requirement finalization
)

Responsibilities:

Business Development and Partner Relationship Management:

a. Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy to drive marketplace growth in KSA.

b. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify potential local partnership opportunities - vendors, sellers, businesses that can add value to the KSA marketplace.

c. Negotiate, establish and manage mutually beneficial partnerships and agreements with external stakeholders.

d. Manage end to end vendor onboarding process for new partners.

Marketplace Governance, Process Establishment & Optimization:

a. Liason for the KSA Cross functional teams - Supply chain, VMD Team (supplier/seller requirement finalization), Legal and Finance.

b. Establish new SOPs for seamless vendor onboarding and governance for Marketplace in KSA.

c. Optimize Omni channel processes - Establish end to end processes for CP External brands and Marketplace in KSA Candidate.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)

- 2-4 years experience in business development, partnership management, or a similar role within the E-commerce or Retail Business

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to establish and maintain partnerships. Arabic Speaking is highly preferred.

- Proactive and self-motivated individual with a strong entrepreneurial spirit

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
