Job Description - Key Account Executive - E-Commerce
Who are We?
Quadrant Consumer Products LLP is a young FMCG organisation. Started in 2017, Quadrant came into effect to provide a Sales and Distribution platform to organisations intending to explore and grow their brands in the intricate and ever-evolving Indian Retail Trade environment. The organisation has been founded by FMCG Sales and Distribution practitioners with a cumulative experience of over fifty years in the industry.
Our infrastructure of distributor network, Front-line Sales Force, Key Customer Relationships and Trade Marketing skills across the top markets of India, uniquely positions us as an able partner for FMCG brands intending to make a mark in India.
What is the Role?
Key Account Executive - E-Commerce
One of the most important legs of our organisation is management and growth of our brands on E-Commerce platforms. We are looking for an individual with strong customer management skills and with a penchant for building brands online. The incumbent should ideally have an experience of at least two years building a brand on Online Platforms and an understanding of the finer nuances of Online Sales and promotions.
The Key Areas of Responsibility are as under -
- Develop Account level strategy for each of the key Online FMCG platforms including Amazon, Big Basket, FlipKart, Grofers, Nykaa etc.
- Consistently develop strong relationship with the Category and Buyer teams of these accounts
- Deliver budgeted Sales by brands across these accounts
- Build and Execute Plans - Listing, Distribution and Promotional Strategies to grow the business as per objectives

Location and Travel: The candidate will be based out of Mumbai with regular travel required to some of the Key cities in the country
