Key Account Director
Opportunity to manage and drive a key account with one of the largest companies in Facility Management
Responsible for overarching facilitation and performance of client's contracts
Interface with clients at country level covering facility management portfolio
About our Client:
Our client is a leader in provision of Quality of Life services. They develop, manage and deliver an array of On -site Services, Benefits & Rewards Services and Personal and Home Services. Currently, they are looking for professional to manage one of their largest account on a pan India basis. For the same, they are looking at hiring a Key Account Director, based in Mumbai
Key responsibilities:
- Manage the contracts and ensure its performance and compliance
- Oversee that agreed operational processes are implemented and followed.
- Drive excellence in operational delivery Act as the single point of contact with counterparts in the client’s organization
- Actively lead clients, site meetings and governance reviews, and ensure the implementation of the decisions taken.
- Manage relationships and key interfaces with the client and the clients' key decision makers
- Interface with the Client’s country management to ensure proper resource allocation, efficient roll out and performance.
- Lead and develop a competent team to provide consistent service delivery across a large portfolio of facilities management services including soft, hard & catering services in both office and manufacturing environment
- Prepare annual budgets and targets and report results for the account in the country
- Ensure exploitation of all income opportunities within the existing (and prospective) client portfolio
- Contribute to the sustainable profit of the account
- Pioneer the use of best-practice account management to ensure achievement against all contractual business plans
- Drive continuous improvement and innovations at the account with the support of various teams.
- Propose proactive ways to optimize the organization and adapt to evolutions as requested by the client.
- Contribute to a growth strategy which will successfully improve the performance of the contract.
- Work closely with the ILA (International Large Account) team for client account
- Contribute to specific global projects with the aim of streamlining and improving the account performance
Successful Applicant:
Our client is looking for someone with a track record of having operated successfully within an outsourced multi-site IFM environment for atleast 10 years. Successful candidates will possess excellent communication skills and international experience will be a strong advantage. Additionally, the candidate must have excellent negotiation, communication, client relationship management, facilitation and influencing skills. The candidate must have worked for FMCG Client in facility management companies or in an FMCG company in a similar role.
