Job Description :

Keuro Digital is seeking a Retention & Engagement/Automation Specialist with a strong background in online B2C environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing customer retention strategies through automated marketing campaigns, with the goal of enhancing customer engagement and lifetime value.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and execute retention and engagement strategies to increase customer lifetime value and reduce churn.

- Design and implement automated marketing campaigns across various channels (email, SMS, push notifications, etc.).

- Analyze customer behavior and segment users to deliver personalized and timely communications.

- Work closely with the product, marketing, and data teams to align on goals and strategies.

- Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

- Utilize CRM tools to manage customer data and automation workflows.

- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in customer engagement and automation.

Requirements :

- 5+ years of experience in a Retention & Engagement or Marketing Automation role, preferably in an online B2C environment.

- Strong proficiency with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Braze, webengage, Clevertap).

- Experience in customer segmentation, lifecycle marketing, and personalized campaign development.

- Analytical mindset with a strong ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.

- Excellent communication and project management skills.

- Proficiency in A/B testing and performance optimization.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a remote team environment.
