Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly analytical and results-driven Performance Marketing Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing paid digital marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth. You will work across various digital platforms, ensuring that campaigns are data-driven, highly targeted, and effective in achieving KPIs.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Campaign Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and execute end-to-end performance marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, and more.
- Design performance-driven campaigns for paid search (SEM), display, paid social, affiliate marketing, and retargeting efforts.
- Manage budget allocation and adjust bids to optimize campaign performance and ROI.
2. Data-Driven Optimization:
- Continuously analyze campaign performance, reporting on key metrics (CPA, ROI, ROAS, CPC, CTR) to derive actionable insights.
- Perform A/B testing across ads, creatives, audiences, and landing pages to optimize conversion rates and lower acquisition costs.
- Identify trends and opportunities for campaign improvements, implementing data-driven strategies to enhance performance.
3. Cross-Channel Integration:
- Work closely with content, design, and product teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with overall brand goals and messaging.
- Collaborate with the SEO team to optimize landing pages for better conversion rates and SEO-friendly content.
- Ensure a consistent experience across all customer touchpoints in the marketing funnel.
4. Budget Management:
- Monitor, manage, and optimize the budget allocated to each channel to ensure maximum performance at the lowest cost.
- Forecast and present performance marketing budgets, ensuring adherence to financial targets.
5. Market Research & Competitor Analysis:
- Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and industry-specific performance marketing tactics.
- Conduct competitive research and analysis to inform targeting, messaging, and audience strategies.
6. Reporting & Analytics:
- Provide regular reports on campaign performance, KPIs, and key insights, presenting these to key stakeholders and senior management.
- Develop and maintain dashboards that track important marketing metrics and performance benchmarks.
Requirements:
- Education: Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or digital advertising.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in tools like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and other PPC/paid social platforms.
- Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM tools such as HubSpot, Marketo, or Salesforce.
- Strong knowledge of data analytics tools like Excel, Tableau, or Data Studio for analyzing and reporting on
campaign performance.
- Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and using heatmaps or user behavior tools
(Hotjar, Crazy Egg).
- Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven
decisions.
- Project Management: Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple
campaigns simultaneously.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills for working cross-functionally and reporting
to stakeholders.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in campaign execution and reporting.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with affiliate marketing, mobile app marketing, and eCommerce campaigns.
- Knowledge of SEO principles and how paid and organic channels work together.
- Certification in Google Ads or Facebook Blueprint is a plus.
