Summary:


- We are seeking a talented and results-oriented Performance Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role will be pivotal in driving user acquisition and engagement through data-driven performance marketing strategies across various digital platforms.


- The ideal candidate will possess 1-5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within the skincare or e-commerce industry, and have a strong understanding of performance marketing principles.


- You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns to achieve key business objectives, including new user acquisition and remarketing goals.


- This role requires a strong analytical mindset, proficiency in working with marketing platforms and data analysis tools, and a passion for achieving measurable results.


Responsibilities:


Strategy & Planning:


- Develop and implement comprehensive performance marketing strategies aligned with

business goals, focusing on new customer acquisition and customer retention (remarketing).


- Plan and manage monthly performance marketing budgets of up to 50 Lakhs, ensuring optimal allocation across different channels.


- Identify target audiences and develop relevant segmentation strategies for effective campaign targeting.


- Stay abreast of the latest trends and best practices in performance marketing, including new platforms, technologies, and algorithm updates.


Campaign Management & Execution:


- Manage and execute end-to-end performance marketing campaigns across key platforms including Facebook Ads, Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), Amazon Ads, Nykaa Ads, and App Campaigns.


- Develop compelling ad creatives and messaging in collaboration with internal teams.


- Implement and manage tracking and attribution mechanisms using tools like Appsflyer to accurately measure campaign performance.


- Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to optimize ad creatives, targeting, and landing pages for maximum conversion rates.


Performance Monitoring & Optimization:


- Continuously monitor and analyze campaign performance using relevant KPIs (e.g., CPA, CAC, ROAS, conversion rates, click-through rates).


- Utilize data visualization tools like Data Studio or Tableau to create insightful reports and dashboards.


- Identify areas for improvement and implement data-driven optimizations to maximize campaign efficiency and ROI.


- Provide regular performance reports and insights to stakeholders.


Collaboration & Communication:


- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including marketing, product, and tech, to ensure alignment and effective campaign execution.


- Communicate campaign performance, insights, and recommendations clearly and effectively to stakeholders.


- Work with content teams to develop engaging and conversion-focused content for digital platforms.


Budget Management & Reporting:


- Manage and track performance marketing budgets, ensuring efficient spending and adherence to allocated amounts.


- Provide regular budget reports and forecasts.


Tool Proficiency:


- Demonstrate working proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.


- Be able to analyze and interpret data visualizations on platforms like Google Data Studio or Tableau.


- Possess good working knowledge of Appsflyer for mobile app tracking and attribution.


Qualifications:


- 1-5 years of proven experience in Digital Marketing, specifically focused on performance marketing.


- Demonstrable experience managing monthly performance marketing budgets of at least 50 Lakhs.


- Hands-on experience in planning and executing both New Acquisition and Remarketing campaigns across various digital platforms.


- In-depth knowledge and practical experience working with key performance marketing platforms such as:


- Facebook Ads Manager


- Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)


- Amazon Ads


- Nykaa Ads (preferred)


- App Campaigns (Google UAC, Facebook App Installs)


- Proven analytical and quantitative skills with a strong understanding of online marketing metrics (e.g., CPM, CPC, CPA, ROAS, LTV).


- Working proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data manipulation and analysis.


- Ability to analyze data visualizations and draw actionable insights from platforms like Google Data Studio or Tableau.


- Good understanding of mobile app tracking and attribution using tools like Appsflyer.


- Excellent communication (both written and verbal), collaboration, and interpersonal skills.


- Must be driven, self-motivated, organized, and possess a proactive approach to problem-solving.


- A passion for achieving measurable results and contributing to business growth.


- Experience working with skincare or e-commerce brands is a significant advantage.
