Roles & Responsibilities

- Filing GST return and ensuring compliance of GST law.

- Deducting TDS and ensuring compliance.

- Knowledge of QuickBooks/Tally for book keeping.

- Work on Vendor ledger reconciliations.

- Invoice 3way match checking and processing payments.

- Ensuring timely book closure.

- Finalization of Accounts on Monthly Basis.

- Preparation and filing of statutory reports.

- Preparation of Cash Flow.

- Preparing Bank Reconciliation on daily basis.

- Sharp focus on identifying invoice errors, data gaps during payment processing.

- Co-ordinate with stakeholders for processing and closure of payments.

- Maintain Account Payable invoices tracker.

- Prepare reports as per business requirements.

Essential Skills/Criteria :

- Motivated, hardworking with excellent attitude

- Able to work independently in a rapidly changing, high velocity environment

- Good communications skills (both oral and written)

- Minimum 2years of work experience in BIG4 or reputed CA Firm
