Title: Manager - Client Servicing


Location: Bangalore

Experience Required: 4-6 yrs in similar marketing/event management agency

Purpose of the role:

We are looking for you - dynamic, best-in-class talent - to join Kestone Global as Client Servicing specialists. In this role you will be responsible for managing an account smoothly on a day-to-day basis. You will be responsible for the growth and development of the account and should possess a strong understanding of the client's business. The client servicing person is the client contact for all marketing related requirements and will be responsible for the entire project lifecycle with mentorship on building more strategic client relationships, marketing and selling skills.

Key responsibilities:

Some of the key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Being the primary contact for allocated accounts/client contacts

- Building and strengthening relationship with the client contact for increase in incoming briefs

- Planning and management of closed projects

- Maintaining day-to-day client contact for project execution

- Ensuring that all the deliverables are as per brand guidelines and delivered according to agreed timelines

- Managing proposal/project development cycles including scheduling, research, creating presentations, and collecting assets.

- Day-to-day liaison with internal team members (operations, Content, creative) on project development and delivery

- Responsible for revenue oversight of the account.

Skills, Educational qualification, Experience and who you are:

- 4-6 yrs in similar marketing/event management agency

- Graduate or PG in marketing will be added advantage

- Excellent command on English language (Spoken and Written)

- Passion for excellence with high attention to details

- Basic knowledge and understanding of B2B Marketing

- Proven track record in managing and executing events.

- Proactive and highly organised with strong time management skills

- Able to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure

- Self-motivated and eagerness to learn new and different things

- Credible, confident and articulate, with good communication and presentation skills
