Job Summary:

Ken Research seeks a seasoned Associate Client Partner with extensive market research expertise to drive the sales of our comprehensive market research reports. This role requires combining industry knowledge with strategic sales capabilities to meet and exceed sales targets by providing clients with valuable insights.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Strategy Execution:

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to market research reports.

- Identify sales opportunities by analyzing market trends and client demands.

- Reach or exceed annual sales targets.

Lead Generation and Qualification:

- Utilize various techniques to identify potential clients interested in market research reports.

- Filter leads based on industry, company size, and purchasing power.

- Conduct initial outreach to qualify leads, understanding their needs and readiness to purchase.

Needs Assessment:

- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand the specific challenges and opportunities faced by potential clients.

- Customize solutions based on the unique needs identified, ensuring the proposed market research reports deliver maximum value.

- Use a consultative selling approach to guide clients through the decision-making process, addressing their specific requirements.

Proposal Development and Presentation:

- Develop customized proposals that highlight the value of Ken Research's reports, aligning them with the client's specific needs and goals.

- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the depth and relevance of our market research.

Client Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.

- Understand client needs and requirements to provide tailored market insights.

- Manage and resolve client issues to ensure high levels of satisfaction.

Market Expertise and Insight Delivery:

- Maintain a thorough understanding of market trends, sector dynamics, and competitive landscapes.

- Translate complex data into actionable insights for presentations and client meetings.

- Keep up-to-date with changes and developments in relevant industry sectors.

Collaboration and Coordination:

- Work closely with marketing and research teams to align sales strategies with the latest market research findings.

- Collaborate with product development teams to suggest enhancements or new report topics based on customer feedback and market demand.

- Ensure the delivery of high-quality reports that meet market and client expectations.

Closing and Conversion:

- Utilize effective closing techniques to convert leads into clients.

- Negotiate contract terms and pricing with clients to finalize sales agreements.

- Follow up with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback for continuous improvement.

Reporting and Analytics:

- Monitor sales performance metrics and market feedback to refine strategies.
